Roots and Roads Wellness is an independent outpatient mental health practice led by Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who believe good care should feel both clinically sound and deeply human.

Many of our patients come to us through long‑standing relationships with clinicians they know and trust. We continue that tradition — and we’re welcoming new patients as well. Our goal is to make care feel clear, steady, and personal, with continuity where it matters most.

We provide outpatient mental health care through medication management, telehealth, and in-person visits. We also offer Spravato for treatment resistant depression. 

Our new outpatient clinic is located in downtown Oshkosh Wisconsin, nestled next to the Fox River.
