Roots and Roads Wellness is an independent outpatient mental health practice led by psychiatric nurse practitioners who believe good care should feel both clinically sound and deeply human.

Many of our patients come to us through long-standing relationships with the same clinicians they already know and trust. Our goal is to make care feel clear, steady, and personal — with continuity where it matters most. 

We provide outpatient psychiatric care through medication management, telehealth, and in-person visits, and we are building specialty treatment options, including Spravato, into the practice for patients who may benefit from a more structured clinic-based approach.  

Our new outpatient clinic is located in downtown Oshkosh Wisconsin, nestled next to the Fox River.
